             There are 7 ingredients in Hard Rod Plus. Each capsule contains 350 mg comprising of the following ingredients:

       Q. What is the recommended dosage?

           Take 2 capsules with warm water approximately 40 - 60 minutes before an intimate encounter. For quicker results, remove the capsule and consume only the powder (without the capsule).
